Please take note of our shipping policy: our Eco-Plant fiber ranges ship from our USA warehouse. Our Animal Fiber ranges and accessories ship from our South African warehouse.
ECO PLANT RANGE: Eco-Cotton, Eco-Fusion, Eco-Bamboo, Eco-Lush, Bonbons & associated kits.
We use live shipping rates, provided by our carriers: DHL Express, UPS or USPS. These rates are applied automatically to your cart during checkout. They are calculated based on the weight of your parcel.
Kindly note that any delay that occur once the parcel has left our warehouse is beyond our control. There have been service delays and failures with USPS in the last few months. Pick the cheapest USPS shipping option AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Our US warehouse is located in Salisbury, Massachusetts.
IMPORT FEES: Please note that GOOD LOOPS YARN is not liable for any Import or clearance fees incurred due to any purchase that is shipped to any country other than the USA, whether this parcel originates from South Africa OR the USA.This excludes wholesale clients.
Should you refuse to make payment you will be liable to pay the return fee charged by the carrier, as well as any other penalties incurred.
ANIMAL FIBERS RANGE & ACCESSORIES: Kid-Silk, Supertwist Sock, Supertwist DK, Singlespun Lace, and associated kits.
Our South African warehouse is in Pretoria, South Africa. We use flat rates for FedEx shipping.

Currently, it is not possible to ensure that your order arrives before 4 to 5 days, due to COVID flight restrictions.
Combined orders: "I purchased both Eco-Yarns and Animal Fiber Yarns. How is my shipping calculated?" Our system will automatically calculate your shipping cost from each warehouse based on the weight of the items purchased. It will add it up for you and show the total due at checkout. You will receive 2 parcels.
